Welcome to PYP 1 Blog! 

Here you can find out what is going on in the 

classrooms and learn about what children are 

investigating. 

Stay tuned for future pictures of the children in 

action!

A few Reminders:

• Arrival is at 7:45 am (children that arrive between 7:30 and 7:45 are supposed to wait with the bedéis). Registration will be taken at 8:00 am.

• This week (August 8th to 12th) is still adaptation, with dismissal at 14:00.

• Please fill in the permanent authorisation form in their diary, together with a copy of the person’s ID, if anybody other than mum or dad will be picking up the child.

• Please use the diary to communicate with the teacher.

• We go to the school’s Library once a week; there children will choose a book to take home. The book has to be returned on the following day scheduled.  If the book is not returned they will not be able to borrow another one. (*Books will be reserved only for one more day).

Parents, if you have not yet sent the items below, please remember to do so:

1. A toothbrush with a CAP to cover the brush.
2. A full change of clothes ALL CLEARLY LABELLED!
3. A small blanket (to be used in cold days) and a small pillow.
4. An apron for Arts (preferably waterproof).
