Rhythmic Gymnastics in PYP 1
PYP 1 pupils watched a PYP 3 PE Internal Assembly related to gymnastics as they saw older children performing rhythmic gymnastics using ribbons and hoops.
After the assembly they were invited to try the movements in the court, listening to the same songs.
PYP 3 presentation:
PYP 1 performed some movements using hula hoops.
They also tried some rhythm gymnastics movements using ribbons.
They creatively explored the tools and their bodies,
showing confidence and willingness to learn new skills.
